Join us for training sessions every Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Payment for the full month's training is due before the first session. Our program costs £14.49 per session and is to be paid monthly.

If you need to miss a session, you must contact us and let us know at least 24 hours before the session. You can only be refunded in credit, not cash, reducing the amount for the sessions the following month. For more information, read our Refund Policy.
